Terms & Conditions

By engaging in services provided by The Yellow Umbrella Creative, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms:
All payments for services are due within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice. A 5% interest fee may be applied to payments not received within the stipulated 30-day period. Failure to make payments within 60 days may result in the temporary pause or deactivation of services. In cases where payments are past 90 days due, The Yellow Umbrella Creative reserves the right to involve a collections agency to recover outstanding amounts.

Service Activation:
Services will be initiated upon receipt of the first payment, and subsequent payments are expected as outlined in the agreed-upon terms.

Scope of Work:
The scope of work for each project will be outlined in a detailed estimate document with descriptions of services.

Amendments and Changes:
Any changes or amendments to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of any intellectual property created for them during the project.

The Yellow Umbrella Creative will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details.

Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate services with a written notice, and any outstanding payments must be settled according to the agreed-upon terms.

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve.

By providing payment for services rendered by The Yellow Umbrella Creative, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified if the Terms & Conditions are updated.

How long we retain your data
