Client Profile + Needs

Atlas Symposia is a high-level medical conference launching its inaugural event in Nairobi, Kenya, in 2026. To establish immediate credibility within the global scientific community, the organization required an sophisticated brand identity and a robust digital command center. The project demanded a platform capable of handling complex international logistics—from multi-tier registrations to academic abstract submissions—while maintaining a seamless, world-class user experience.

Yellow Umbrella Creative partnered with Atlas Symposia to build the brand from the ground up, providing the strategic and technical foundation necessary for an international launch, managing the intersection of branding, technology, and attendee experience.

Strategic Brand Identity: We developed a comprehensive logo system and visual brand that reflects the gravity of medical innovation and the conference’s global reach. The identity was designed to scale across digital platforms, environmental signage, and professional academic materials.

Complex Platform Development: We designed and manage a highly responsive, multi-functional registration ecosystem. This custom build manages distinct workflows for:

  • Attendee & Sponsor Registration: Secure portals for international payments and tiered access.
  • Academic Submissions: Specialized forms for speaker session applications and poster abstract proposals.
  • Travel & Logistics: Integrated resources for venue details and attendee accommodations.

Website Management: As an inaugural event, the site requires constant agility. We provide ongoing management to ensure the platform evolves as speakers are added, sponsors join, and the event date approaches.
